A world-recognized aerospace and defense leader providing propulsion and energetics to its space, missile defense, strategic, tactical missile and armaments customers throughout the world.
In recent years, the company had been challenged with spiraling labor and materials cost, while it had been increasingly burdened with an aging infrastructure, increased government oversight, and mountains of paperwork required to deliver its products.
Solution
